This game was original placed in Arcades across the country in 1980, which means I was 16 when I played it for the first time.  I always wanted one...but they were new and I was only 16 so there was no way I could afford one.  I forgot about the game until recently (last 3 years).  I hadn’t seen or played one in about 14 years and didn’t really know how hard it would be to find one in good condition.

I started out by checking the internet newsgroups and came up with one in Pittsburgh PA owned by Ed Beeler.  It was reasonably priced and Ed assured me it was in good shape and provided me with references.  I checked 3 of the 6 references he provided and they all gave glowing reports, so I made arrangements to pickup the game.  The game was housed with many other games and some pins.  Ed showed me the basics and then we 

loaded the game into the minivan.  When we got home all I had to do was unload the game, plug it in and play.

As you can see from the pictures, the game is (just as Ed said) in very good condition.  A couple of light bulbs were out and I’ve replaced them.  I’m currently looking for the small plugin (auto marker light - but smaller) type lights for inside the joystick.  The game has 71015 plays on it -- no make that 71016 -- no 71017 -- no -- you get the idea...  I didn’t have an maunual for it so I’m sending away for one (new one) from John’s Jukes in Canada.
